40,000 questions is twice the median for this group — and it is what replaced a classroom.
Thirteen NEET 2026 rank-holders prepared on NEETprep, from All India Rank 3 to All India Rank 534. Their practice volumes run from 8,000 to 90,000 MCQs, with the median around 20,000. Devesh practised twice that.
Lectures are the part of NEET preparation that is genuinely free now — the syllabus is fixed and covered many times over on YouTube. What free video does not give you is the second half of the work: attempting questions under exam conditions, seeing which ones you got wrong, and going back. That is the gap 40,000 practised MCQs closed here, and it is why the number sits well above the median for someone studying without a classroom around them.
