THE VENOUS CHLORIDE IS GREATER THAN ARTERIAL CHLORIDE WHEN INFACT CHLORIDE IS MOVING INTO RBC because at the level of pulmonary capillaries "Reversal of chloride Shift"occur.
-HCO3 moves back into RBC and Cl comes out of RBC in exchange
-HCO3 combines with H+ in order to produce the CO2 back (using the same enzyme "Carbonic Anhydrase")...and now this CO2 diffuse into alveoli to be exhaled.
-Cl that comes out of RBC in pulmonary capillaries will raise "Venous Cl levels" compared to arterial
