Phasor diagram is a technique to find impedance and phase difference between voltage and current in the circuit. Here in this diagram, we represent peak voltage and peak current by arrow like we do it in vectors. (So, it is to be noted that these peak voltage and current are not vector quantities but it is just a technique to represent them using arrow!
