sir,my ans is 16.5...from the que, 10a=3t*2-32.......the value of 3t* is 45 so by this acceleration comes 1.3ms*2...and by implying v=u+at=the velocity comes 16.5.....sir please tell me where i am wrong?

You are not supposed to have uniform/constant acceleration.
The formula v =u+at should not be used here.. You need to integrate acceleration (a) with respect to time (t) from initial time t equal to 0 to t equal to 5 sec.
