Please mention the formula you didn't understand. Since you didn't, I am making a guess that you didn't understand VB = Vcc - IBRB. This is based on application of ohm's law I =  ΔV / R . Please revise Video #21 | Kirchoff's 1st Law - Current Electricity if required.
