what happens to intrapleural pressure in pneumothorax. does pressure becomes more negative or does it become a positive

No interpleural pressure is always negative se it in the video sir clearly mentioned it

But incase of pneumothorax it gets occupied with air so pressure decreases and the lungs collapse.
