Shouldn't the Potential energy at A point be mg(h+x) as Vivek sir has taken point A and C as the point where we will do the calculation
(C as the point of reference)
hence the equation formed should be
0+mg(h+x) = 0 + 1/2 kx^2

If u take C as point of reference , then u are right. In video, point B has been taken as reference
