In 2nd point, sir has written that centripetal acceleration is equal to minus omega square× r vector but in 3rd point sir has written that centripetal acceleration is equal to velocity square by R(radius) which is further equal to omega square× R. How? Please explain ASAP.

Second point is the vector representation of the third point. The magnitude is w^2*r and the direction is -w^2*r that is opposite to the direction of vector r.

The direction of centripetal acceleration opposite to the direction of r is valid for uniform circular motion
