Depends on which position the nonsense mutation is situated. If it is in lacz gene, B-galactosidase would not be produced, if it is in lacY gene, permease enzyme wo'nt be produced and if it is in lacA gene, transacetylase wo'nt be produced.So, permease enzyme and transacetylase will be produced if there is a nonsense mutation in lac Z gene.
