sir has said that replication in e.coli takes place in 38 minutes....but in ncert it is given that it takes 18 mins in the process...so which one to follow?

It is a mistake in NCERT. But you should follow NCERT for NEET.
The correct replication time in e.coli is 38 minutes.

The new modified ncert says that it takes 38 minutes so now it's corrected check page no 106

If we calculate replication time it comes 38 . As 4600000 /38mutiply 60 . It gives 2000base pair per sec . Which was given in ncert
