Interphase represents the most active stage of cell cycle then why it is said that there is no appearent activity related to cell division? How we can say that there is no activity although it performs activities like synthesis of proteins enzymes

there is activity of synthesising cytoplasmic and nucleoplasmic components
but nucleus and cell is not dividing during interphase
So there is no activity related to cell division
