The cell actually divides to restore SA/V ratio and n/c ratio. So if we induce polyploidy (say, tetraploidy for example) in a dividing cell by using colchicine, will the cell grow upto twice the normal size?

If we induce polyploidy in a dividing cell by using colchicine, then the cell will increase in size but by how much depends on the cell (can be known by doing experiments)
