Since rate constant = 1.0x10-7 mol litre sec 

Zero order reaction.

For zero order t = x/K = concentration used/rate constant                    ....(i)

0.05ml has 3x10-6x103/0.05 = 0.06x10-1 mol/litre of H+ 

By Eq. (i),  t = 0.6x10-1/1x107 = 6x10-9 second
