For a zero order reaction,

Time, t = $\frac{1}{K}$[${\left(A\right)}_{\circ }$- (A)]

or     t = $\frac{1}{0.003}\left(0.10-0.075\right)$

$\therefore$ Time, t = $\frac{1}{0.003}×\frac{0.025}{1}=\frac{25}{3}=8.3$ seconds
