since there are two types of twins homogygotic and dizygotic if the egg or ovum divides into to equal part by an sperm it will be homogygotic and when two egg are fertilised by one sperm they the twins will be dizygotic it's all how twins are formed

Identical, or monozygotic twins are made when one egg is fertilised by one sperm, which divides into two separate embryos. They'll not only look identical but share the same genetic structures and the same placenta.
