Let equivalent resistance be rR, then

$\frac{1}{{r}_{R}}=\frac{1}{r}+\frac{1}{r}+\frac{1}{r}...........10\text{\hspace{0.17em}times}$

$\therefore \frac{1}{{r}_{R}}=\frac{10}{r}=\frac{10}{R/10}=\frac{100}{R}⇒{r}_{R}=\frac{R}{100}=0.01R$
