The admission process of Sikkim will be Conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Sikkim. State Eligibility Criteria :
- A candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- The candidates must be 17 to 25 years old. If an aspirant belongs to reserved category then 3 years age relaxation will be given.
- Candidates seeking admission to Sikkim must be local/permanent residents of Sikkim.
- The candidate must have passed +2 Sc. and in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at +2 Sc. level for General Candidate (GE), 40% for SC/ST candidates and 45% for benchmark disability candidates.

Counselling and Admission Process of Sikkim NEET :
Directorate of Technical Education, Sikkim is the authority which will be conducting the Counselling and Admission process of Sikkim.
The process of Sikkim counselling 2019 will be held offline. Candidates have to be physically present before the counselling committee along with all the required documents in order to be eligible for admission to Sikkim .
Counseling Committee reserves the right to withdraw the name of the candidate from merit list of state, if any, placed inadvertently who is not eligible to be placed in the state merit list due to any reason.

Process of counselling :
Registration : All the merit listed candidates who wish to participate in counseling procedure for admission must register in due time.
Document Verification : The candidate has to attend the document verification session and get his/her online application authenticated. In case of emergency any authorized person on behalf of the candidate can attend on production of authorization letter of candidate. The candidate has to submit self attested copies of documents along with Originals.
Choice Locking : The candidate has to submit his/her choice of course and college in order of preference as per schedule.
Seat Allotment : College and course will be allotted on merit basis. The candidate has to deposit the original College Leaving Certificate / School Leaving Certificate as the case may be and will be issued a provisional admission letter.
Reporting to the Alloted College : The candidate must report before the authority of the institution allotted with in stipulated date as notified and submit a copy of the provisional admission letter for completion of admission process at institutional level.
Candidates must carry the allotment letter along with other required documents while reporting to the alloted college.

Documents Required for Admission :
Candidates are required to bring the following valid original documents along with one set of attested copies at the time of admission without which his/her candidature will not be considered:-
i) High School Certificate and Marksheet.
ii) Intermediate Mark sheet and Certificate.
iii) Four passport size photographs as pasted in the NEET application form.
iv) Domicile Certificate, if applicable.
v) Minority certificate, if applicable.
vi) NEET Admit Card
vii) NEET Score card.
viii) ID Proof.
ix) Permanent Caste Certificate.
x) Passing certificate of having studied from Class 6 to 12 from an institution in the state.
xi) Income certificate, if claiming fee exemption.
xii) Copy of Application Form.
xiii) Scanned copy of candidate’s signature.
xiv) Certificate of physical disability, as applicable.
