Seat Allotment : College and course will be allotted on merit basis. The candidate can download the allotment cum admission letter and personally appear before the Chairman on the notified date, time and venue along with required admission fees for provisional admission. The candidate has to deposit the original College Leaving Certificate / School Leaving Certificate as the case may be and will be issued a provisional admission letter.

Reporting to the Alloted College : The candidate must report before the authority of the institution allotted with in stipulated date as notified and submit a copy of the provisional admission letter for completion of admission process at institutional level.

  • The candidate must have passed +2 Sc. and in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have secured minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry & Biology at +2 Sc. level for General Candidate (GE), 40% for SC/ST candidates and 45% for benchmark disability candidates.
  • The Candidate must be a local candidate of Telangana. Aspirants must fulfill the following conditions :
  1. Students who have studied/resided in a local area for a period of not less than four years and the last year should be of passing Class 12 examination.
  2. If the candidate has studied in the two or more local areas for seven consecutive years and the last year of qualifying Class 12, then the area in which the candidate had stayed the most number of years will be considered.
  3. If an applicant had stayed equal number of years out of the seven consecutive years, then the last stayed area will be considered.

Counselling and Admission Process of Telangana NEET 2019 :

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Telangana is the authority which will be conducting the Counselling and Admission process of Telangana.

The admission to MBBS/BDS courses will be done by taking qualified state candidates from NEET (NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST-2019 (NEET (UG)-2019). The selection of colleges is a step of NEET counselling process which wil be conducted and managed online. The counselling process will be conducted after the declaration of NEET Results. The merit list of the exam will be updated regularly as per the counseling process.

Counseling Committee reserves the right to withdraw the name of the candidate from merit list of state, if any, placed inadvertently who is not eligible to be placed in the state merit list due to any reason.

KNRUHS will conduct two rounds of Telangana MBBS/BDS 2019 counselling for admission to medical and dental colleges in the state. Candidates included in the state merit list will be eligible to participate for counselling procedure.

So now Let’s take a quick view of the whole process of counselling :

Registration : All the merit listed candidates who wish to participate in counseling procedure for admission must register in due time in the Official Website. Registration means creating own username and password for logging in to the online counseling site. Without registration the candidate cannot proceed to next step of online application. The user name and password must not be shared with others.

Online Application : After log-in to the site the candidate has to fill up the online application form and submit by clicking the “submit” button. A printout of the online application form must be taken.

Document Verification : The candidate has to attend the document verification session and get his/her online application authenticated. In case of emergency any authorized person on behalf of the candidate can attend on production of authorization letter of candidate. The candidate has to submit the counseling/application fees through online mode and taking the print out of the transaction. The candidate has to submit self attested copies of documents along with Originals.

Choice Locking : The candidate has to submit his/her choice of course and college in order of preference as per schedule, in the online site and lock the choice. If the
choice is not locked due to some reason, it will be locked automatically when the time schedule is over.

Seat Allotment : College and course will be allotted on merit basis. The candidate can download the allotment cum admission letter and personally appear before the Chairman on the notified date, time and venue along with required admission fees for provisional admission. The candidate has to deposit the original College Leaving Certificate / School Leaving Certificate as the case may be and will be issued a provisional admission letter.

Reporting to the Alloted College : The candidate must report before the authority of the institution allotted with in stipulated date as notified and submit a copy of the provisional admission letter for completion of admission process at institutional level.

Candidates must carry the allotment letter along with other required documents while reporting to the alloted college.

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada will be conducting the Counselling and Admission process of Andhra Pradesh.

Only those candidates whose name appear in the merit list will be invited to participate in the AP MBBS counselling 2019. Since it is an online counselling procedure, candidates whose name will appear on the state merit list will be required to give their preference of college and course for every round. In accordance with the preferences entered by the candidate, state merit rank and availability of seats, AP MBBS admission 2019 will be granted.

Choice Filling : The candidates will be required to log in to the online portal using the same login credentials which were earlier used to fill 2019 application form.The college code, place, course offered and the district will be written along with the name of the college. Candidates can enter as many number of preferences as they want. If the candidate is satisfied with the choice made, Click on “Lock Choices” Otherwise Click on “Modify” to modify the choices made.

Seat Allotment : The seat allotment for admission 2019 will be published on the Admission Committee Website.The candidates included in the seat allotment list will be required to report to the allotted institute. The regulatory body will release the list of documents that need to be verified for admission.

Make Payment : The Candidates who will be alloted a seat shall have to pay required fee of the alloted college in order to confirm the admission. If Candidate fails to submit the fee in the specified Schedule, the admission shall stand Cancelled.

Document Verification and Reporting to the Alloted College : The candidates who are allotted a seat will be required to report at the assigned college with the required documents, a demand draft of the prescribed fee amount, and two copies of the registration form for submission of the necessary documents.

Counselling and Admission Process of Gujarat NEET 2019 :

Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses will be conducting the Counselling and Admission process.

The conducting body will start the Gujarat admission process with the release of eligible list of candidates.
