Why Sign-In is Required

Sign-in is mandatory for all app features, including viewing full course content and completing purchases, because NEETprep is designed as an account-based service where courses are inherently tied to user profiles for progress tracking, quiz saving, and cross-device continuity. This ensures a secure, personalized educational experience without which core functionality—like resuming studies or accessing analytics—cannot be provided. By creating an account, you consent to this data use; optional data (e.g., profile photos) can be skipped.

Sharing and Disclosure

We share your data only with trusted service providers necessary for app operation, such as payment processors for IAPs (e.g., Apple) and cloud storage for progress syncing, all bound by strict privacy agreements. Upon account deletion, all associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except for records required by law (e.g., transaction logs for IAPs). You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time via app settings or by visiting our account deletion page at https://www.neetprep.com/delete_account, where you can initiate full account removal without needing to log in again. For account deletion, all associated course data (e.g., progress, purchases) will be removed within 30 days, though IAP records may persist with Apple for refund purposes. Intellectual Property License

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, you specifically grant GoodEd a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any such content that you post on or in connection with the Site ("IP License").

On registration, you provide GoodEd with information such as name, gender, location and other fields mentioned in your registration profile. You grant GoodEd permission to utilise such information for the internal improvement of Site mechanics and any such manner that GoodEd feels is appropriate to enhance your experience on the Site.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and Mastercard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

Refund Policy

Online preparation for competitive examination is a completely new experience, if for any reason you have any complaints or dissatisfied in any manner with a course/package subscribed to on NEETprep, please do contact us.

However, if you still are not satisfied and wish to discontinue our services, we shall refund 100% of the fee paid, given that request for refund is received within three days from the date of payment. Please note that payments for offline products, such as books, are not eligible for a refund.
