  • it is a anticoagulant agent and that means in presence of heparin the blood does not clot and that the reason in blood vessel the blood does not clot because of presence of heparin

  • Dear Nabeela, you have probably read that LAD is the most commonly occluded vessel and you are right. But please understand it is a branch of left main coronary artery. When we say between main right and left coronary, the answer is RCA. RCA is the dominant artery in most hearts. The dangerous ones are due to blockage of left coronary. Hope this helps.
